If you need others to follow, show them your map

Leaders build pipelines. They manage the future by thinking ahead while still managing the day. They forecast, they calculate, they design without allowing the anxiety of the unknown to take over.
Always preparing for the next sequence, greatly improves the chances of being ready to capitalize when that sequence happens.
Building sleep pipelines.
What can you do now to sleep better tonight: skip that drink, eat lighter, exercise earlier in the day, journal before bed?
If you had a map of a great night's sleep, what would it look like for you?
Did the average of the past 30 days map you out to great sleep?
What is the biggest sleep hygiene opportunity that you are currently ignoring on that map?
What is the obvious mistake acting to detour your sleep?
Building pipelines relates to nutrition.
What can you do now to eat well tomorrow: chop up any veggies in the fridge tonight?
If you had a map of a great eating day, what would it look like for you?
Did the average of the past 30 days map you out to eating great?
What is the biggest healthy eating opportunity that you are currently ignoring on that map?
What is the obvious treat/splurge acting as your road block?
Always having something in the pipeline, puts the planner ahead of the non-planner. Pipelines are the seeds of life’s step ladder that bloom at different future steps that make or break the climb. Pipelines show you a map to where you are going.
Each day, we have opportunities to build pipelines. What are yours?
